To keep in touch with the Brethren of the friendliest Lodge in Utah
Progress#22 "The Friendly Lodge"
Grand Lodge Free & Accepted Masons of Utah
Utah#1 York Rite and Valley of Salt Lake City; Orient of Utah Ancient & Accepted Scottish Rite
You can read all of the books written about the Craft and gain a basic knowledge of Masonry; however you can never gain an understanding of what Freemasonry is until you put that knowledge into practice through fellowship. Every time I leave a Progress Lodge#22 meeting, I walk away a better man than before.
You must be signed in to post a Greeting.
"Brethren, I am working on a list of educational recommendations to give to our new Brothers upon completion of their Master Mason catechism. ... MoreThe purpose of this list is to keep the fire alive that has driven them up to that point and retain them as active participants in our lodge. This list is not intended to be a mere reading or viewing list, I would like to include a brief synopsis of what they can possibly gain from the proposed material and where they can obtain a copy. As you respond, be open and state why you think your recommendations will be useful to the new Master Mason. Please take a few moments to ponder this request and take advantage of this opportunity to help your new and future Brothers by contributing to their masonic education and progression. Sincerely and fraternally, Kevin G. Hill Senior Warden "
