Brethern,

On behalf of the Worshipful Master I am now heading a project to create a lodge banner.

As chairman of this commitee, I have also been instructed to present three banner designs at the next meeting as well as estimates of costs for supplies and the creation. Inclusive to this I also have been put in charge of adding which brothers shall be a part of the commitee.

Brothers who would like to be part of such project consider this notice to join in the efforts. Anyone who sends any of the requested information/items below will join in the efforts. I hope to make this inclusive as possible for those wishing to join in as part of such a commitee.

Here is what is needed...


THREE DESIGNS...
We need three designs, as stated prior. If you would like to create the design make sure to e-mail it to me in electronic form prior to the meeting, as this will be needed for the creation process. I can print it out and bring it to the meeting as well as you can but I would like to have an idea of how designs we have prior to the stated meeting.

Brethern I also ask when creating such a graphic to not make the graphic too busy. From personal experience the less busy it is, the easier it is to create, and it also makes it in many ways more distinguished and easier to the eyes.

COSTS OF COMPANIES WHO CAN CREATE IT (QUOTES) & WHAT TYPE(S) OF MATERIAL(S)....
We need information on who can create the banners, out of what type of material. RW John Liley is also contributing to this matter as he does have such a contact. Further, it seems it is need some type of pole and banner bar and stand is also needed, which I really do not have a source to rely on as of now. This information would be greatly appeciated to to aide in the matter.
